Warehouse & Operations Assistant

As a Warehouse & Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics and warehouse processes. Your responsibilities:

• Unload products from incoming trucks, then move, organize, and count inventory using warehouse equipment such as a pallet truck or fork lift, while keeping the warehouse clean;

• Prepare orders for courier delivery to ensure timely and smooth shipments;

• Carefully pick and pack products to ensure a luxury unboxing experience for customers.

If you enjoy variety in your work and would like to support the Operations team beyond core warehouse activities, there is room to take on additional responsibilities, such as:

• Process orders in our administrative systems with accuracy and attention to detail;

• Accurately and efficiently print and process shipping labels;

• Write personalized gift cards to add a thoughtful touch to orders.

Your Qualifications:

• At least MBO-level work and thinking skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to work.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including handling and organizing boxes.

• A basic understanding of digital administrative tasks and the ability to work with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word is a plus.

• Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English is a plus.

• An interest in logistics or luxury fashion is a plus.
