In this role you are responsible for:

Wholesale order management

· Manage the operational flow of wholesale orders from order confirmation to shipment

· Monitor orderbook status and align deliveries with inventory availability and production timelines

· Ensure accurate order processing in ERP and related systems

· Coordinate shipment planning with warehouse partners and logistics providers

Operational coordination

· Act as operational point of contact between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse partners

· Ensure alignment between wholesale demand, stock availability, and shipping schedules

· Support seasonal product launches and wholesale deliveries

Inventory and supply chain alignment

· Monitor inventory levels related to wholesale demand

· Align with supply chain teams regarding inbound deliveries from production partners

· Ensure correct allocation of stock between wholesale and e-commerce channels when needed

Data and reporting

· Maintain accurate order, inventory and shipment data across systems

· Prepare operational reports on wholesale deliveries, order status and inventory levels

· Support internal stakeholders with operational insights and data

Process improvement

· Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and coordination between teams

· Support implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels

Your qualifications

· Bachelor level education in Business Administration, Operations or Supply Chain Management

· 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, wholesale operations or order management

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Ability to maintain a helicopter view while managing operational details

· Experience working with ERP systems and Excel

· Strong communication and coordination skills across departments

· Fluent in English
