Product Manager

Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Artipoppe, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle within a defined category. From shaping strategy and developing concepts to launching products and tracking performance, you will ensure that our portfolio remains distinctive, relevant, and commercially successful.
Working cross-functionally with Product Development, Brand, Sales, and Operations, you will translate market insights, consumer needs, and business objectives into compelling product concepts and assortments. Your work will directly support the growth of the brand across both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
Own the product strategy and roadmap for your category within the product portfolio.
Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Build and manage a balanced product portfolio that supports brand positioning and commercial growth.
Define pricing strategy and product positioning in alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
Product Development Leadership
Lead the product development process from concept to launch in close collaboration with Product Development and Design teams.
Define clear product briefs, including target consumer, positioning, features, and pricing.
Validate product concepts and ensure alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
Lead product gate meetings and prioritize features throughout the development process.
Commercial Performance & Forecasting
Develop business cases and product forecasts to support new product initiatives.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to optimize the assortment.
Track key metrics such as sales performance, margins, and product lifecycle performance.
Ensure the product portfolio supports overall revenue and growth objectives.
Go-to-Market & Launch
Partner with Brand and Communications teams to shape the product narrative and key selling points.
Contribute to launch strategies to ensure products enter the market with strong positioning and clear messaging.
Provide product expertise and storytelling to support sales teams, wholesale partners, and marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the central point of coordination between Product Development, Brand, Sales, and Operations teams.
Ensure alignment across teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to internal stakeholders.
Profile
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to market launch.
Proven ability to combine consumer insight, brand thinking, and commercial strategy.
Experience working cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
